Application: Applicable to the welding of low-carbon steels for nuclear power engineering and 490MPa high-strength steel structure.
Characteristics: E71T-1M is rutile slag system mixed gas shield flux-core welding wire with excellent welding process properties,stable electric arc,less splash,easy deslagging and beautiful formation of weld.Rely on the good all-positon welding process property,it is able to conduct the vertical down welding.

Note On Usage:
1.Apply Ar+(15~25%)CO₂gas shield.
2.The shield gas flow during welding should be controlled between 20~25L/min.
3.The extension elongation of welding wire should be controlled between 15~25mm.
4.The preheat and interpass temperature should be 150℃±15℃ .
Used for high eficiency welding in all positions with excellent welding performance such as warming electric arc,little spatters,beautiful seam forming and easily moved slag.Suitable for welding of 590 MPA high strength steel,steel structure,bridge,steel pipes,railway vehicle,and construction equipment etc.Keywords:
