Product Introduction
Application: Used for welding various casting and extrusion forming aluminium alloys,as wellas the welding of aluminium sheets,condensers,air-conditioning hoses,vehicle water tank and oil tank etc.
Characteristics: YH4047 is eutectic-type aluminum-silicon welding wire containing 12%silicon with a lower melting point and narrower freezing range compared with 4043 welding wire.The molten pool's fluidity is improved and the solidifying contraction is reduced due to the high silica content,which reduces the hot cracking tendency at maximum and increases the shearing strength of weld.Ths welding wire has excellent welding process properties with a beautiful formation of weld,stable electric arc and less splash.Applicable to the continuous high temperature environment.

Note On Usage:
1.It is required to remove the oxidation film and oil contaminant from the welding edge workpiece and surface of welding wire.
2.Itis able to support the molten metal with a plate during weldng to ensure the formation of weld.
Used for high eficiency welding in all positions with excellent welding performance such as warming electric arc,little spatters,beautiful seam forming and easily moved slag.Suitable for welding of 590 MPA high strength steel,steel structure,bridge,steel pipes,railway vehicle,and construction equipment etc.
