Characteristics: E81Ni1 is rutile slag system CO₂gas shield flux-core welding wire

with excellent welding process properties,stable electric arc,less splash,easy deslagging and beautiful formation of weld.Rely on the good all-position welding process property,its weld metal has a good plasticity and low-temperature toughness.

Note On Usage:

1.Apply CO₂gas shield,and CO₂gas puity is above 99.95%.

2.The CO₂shield gas flow during welding should be controlled between 20~25L/min.

3.The extension elongation of welding wire should be controlled between 15~25mm.

4.The preheat and interpass temperature should be 150℃±15℃ .

 

Used for high eficiency welding in all positions with excellent welding performance such as warming electric arc,little spatters,beautiful seam forming and easily moved slag.Suitable for welding of 590 MPA high strength steel,steel structure,bridge,steel pipes,railway vehicle,and construction equipment etc.
